I have a Yamaha cs1x synthesizer running Logic Audio Gold on Mac G4. It
plays, records and playback my normal GM sounds but when I play and record
their own programme sound. It records but when I play back. The only thing
that comes out is a clicking noise. I'm thinking maybe it's something to do
with the keyboard. A button, etc.

Does any one know about this keyboard? Or can help me please.

Have you set the righ midi output? instr properties.

On the keyboard, CS1x:
Try to change program "+ -"to see if "the" program is just weird.
Try toggle performance/multi to see if something happens.
Set Utility/Local/off
Utility/MIDI device no/all
Check your audio cables.
