Reading some posts on the DNS site i am led to believe that the XS 
KEY has been cracked already, and Logic 5.01 is widely available on  
Kaaza etc.
I mean If the hackers are ahead of the officially [non LC user]
released 5.0[which I have paid for and enjoy using] this can only 
mean bad things for emagic, with all the effort put into the xs 
protection.
I cant tell if this info is true, it seems that any decent form of 
copy protection is a waste of time and we will probably see more 
invasive forms of copy protection in the future.

yup, been available for a while as far as ive heard. 

i know people who have every hack on the go, AND buy the 
official versions to work with...

i know people who have so little money they pretty much have to 
use the hack...

i know people who use the hack to check it out, then go buy the 
real thing...

and i, like you i'm sure, never use hacks....now where is it that i 
can get the cubase sx hack?
