Mac OS 9.2.2 requires Norton Utilities 6.0 or higher. That should do 
the trick.

Antivirus wise, you can't go wrong with Norton's. There also Virex 
from Dr. Solomon. I think that's the name.

You should definately use Norton 6 or later (7 actually is only for 
OS X at the moment, the OS 9. compatible version is still 6.03). 
Norton 6 works OK with G4 867 model. I have both.

For OS 9 I'd say Virex or Norton but Virex hasn't done very well for 
OS X so maybe Norton is allaround better choice.

Well, certainly Norton 5.0 won't work. I've been using Norton 6.0 
without any problems (OS 9.2.2) and my copy of Norton 7.0 arrives on 
Tuesday. I think you MUST use a newer version......
