HTML in Logic-OT list

Is there a reason that every e-mail I get from Logic-OT is in HTML? Is it just the means people posting are using, or something in the list? It's very hard to read between all the code, and I am not going to enable HTML in an e-mail browser. Someone let me know what the deal is. Thanks! Colin Miller
