O.k ,so hunter wrote it maybe not about the music business ,but maybe about
the teev business and he didn't write the tag . I can live with that a lot
easier than I can live with the pimps and thieves who do run the music
business ,how about you ? Hey Kool you never did say whether you passed the
'Kool aid acid test' ,didja ?
I remember seeing a local promoter with his usual smacked out bimbo in
tow in the year he won a national father of the year award and thinking the
boys must have had a great laugh the day they made that award .
Don't get me wrong tho , I'm not really too pissed about it ,in the
words of the late ,great Frank [i hope] thats life .
                                                              Sluggo

Yes. The Great. And very unfortunately, Late.

Here's a rather sweet photo of him with his Mummy and his Daddy:

I don't know if Frank Zappa said that.
But he certainly said:
"If you wind up with a boring, miserable life because you listened to
your mom, your dad, your teacher, your priest, or some guy on TV telling
you how to do your shit, then YOU DESERVE IT."

better to listen to frankie, make impenetrable music, and die
young, huh!

my 14 year old nephew spends a lot of time scouring the net for
zappa info...with no prompting.

it's strange the way influences work.
