[OT] Problems with Reason on Laptop???

I'm having a bit of a problem installing reason on a Dell Inspiron-8100 laptop. Reason loads fine with out loading the soundbank cd, but when i go to start the program. It just brings up the program box and the reason logo. Nothing else comes up. Has anyone had this problem before? Any help would be appreiciated.
