No, see Murry's post.

My example has 32K clusters for audio and
8K clusters for the system drive.

I don't know what choices you have but I probably wouldn't go larger than
64K for the audio drive.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
