Wanted to BUY: LAW Upgrade to 5.0 !!!!!!!!

I am a (previously) happy and loyal LAWP user. I was never notified about the upgrade to 5.0, nor was I notified that there was a limited number of upgrades available, and that once they ran out, tough luck. No more upgrades available. So...
