   I think that this is already a problem. I used to use Outlook to sort my
mail into catagories but it's become worthless. There are so many e-mails
that don't include GEN-LAWP-LAMP-OT in the subject line. And there is an
e-mail sent out every month (?) that askes useres to put these abbreviations
in their subject lines. I usually don't mind OT's. I've learned some really
interesting things from them and even contributed a few myself. But recently
they have become unmanagable. I'm not sure that there is a simple resolution
to this though. :(((((    --Roger

Note: I always send out a reminder privately to the persons who didn't include
the abbreviations. In case a person forgets the abbreviation several times, he's
put into moderated mode so I can "reject" his messages until he ads the correct
subjects.
