emagic site gone?

emagic site gone?

2003-06-13 by Eric Baird

funny thing: I just tried to do a quick check on the emagic site to
see if there was any change on the official situation on "Logic
Control" ... and the site isn't there!

Or at least it might still be out there somewhere,
but "www.emagic.de" doesn't seem to be recognised
(@ ~20:30 GMT, 13 June).

Whois.com has a pointer to a separate database for European name
registrations, and that couldn't seem to find a listing
for "www.emagic.de" , either.

Technical difficulties? site hack? lapsed registration fees?
Hmm ... Trying not to be _too_ paranoid, here ...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
