I love my ADK A-51TC large-diaphragm tube condenser mic. The A-51 comes in
different flavors, but the TC is a standout value. Also, check out the
Sennheiser MD441, which is supposed to be an amazing mic for the price.

Studio Projects makes some good mikes at a great price point. Their C1 comes
to mind.  As well Audio Technica: AT4033, AT4050, AT3035, AT4060 and several
others.

Get a good tube mic pre & add extra sonic clarity / versatility to these
mikes.
