Oh, Breaks are where I am at. I am a huge freeland fan as well as Plump
DJ's, PMT, Sascha has been breaks for a while, Koma & Bonez, etc.....
My girlfriend is a breaks freak as well, and I have been loving breaks
since I was raving in Orlando, FL in '92. That was back when Icey was
just getting seriously started, and I knew nothing of house for quite
some time.

I would love to possibly work on some tracks with you.

Maybe we should all team up and give it a shot. Where is everyone
located, not that it matters, but I am in Austin, TX.

Well, that's a bit far...
I'm in Italy!

:) Italy, that's just around the corner from Austin. The world is a
very small place these days.

...pfokus.... on the breaks

I'm moving to Madrid, that is less far ;-)

Anyway, I'd like to collaborate with you.
(not that I'm a really good producer, anyway)

May be we could try a nice bootleg?
I'm skilled with drums !

are you on any forum dedicated to breaks?

RE: [L-OT] Any breaks fans?

I am not yet, but if you can recommend one that would be great. I also
am fairly new to producing with Logic, but this sounds like a great way
to learn more.

I am currently going through the Logic 6 book by Apple. The first 5
chapters so far has been very basic, but I have still picked up a few
new tricks.

Drums are something that I am trying to get better at, as well as
everything else.

Let's do it. Let's try and do something around the globe. I would
suggest something like a cross between PMT and Adam Freeland, so kind of
the heavy, gritty, natural drum sound [i.e. rock band] with some wicked
deep evolving pad like this track is trying to escape from the basement
of breaks, the dungeon with some funk nu skool elements.

What do you think? I am all ears. Also, we can start to move to emails
directly to get off the OT list.

pauls@... is mine
