The Logic Off Topic list

I'm using Logic Platinum on Mac and wondered if anyone knows of a 
plugin or software that will allow me to change the pitch of a vocal 
without changing the length of a vocal.  This is what the Roland 
VP9000 does, but I don't want to spend $2300 to do it.
