The Logic Off Topic list

Logic Geniuses,
do any of you know how to insert META events so that Lyrics can be inserted on the track?  
Not much is written about using META commands in Logic Pro manual, nor does it explain 
how to do it to make sense.  Any help would be appreciated.  Mitchell
