Dump YahooGroups for good? (was: Don't like the new web-display)

Yahoo/Yahoogroups are clueless; this new "interface" (thank goodness I
get emails) and their pathetic search engine are proof enough of that.
Their privacy policy continues to evolve in a very negative direction,
and the ads (when browsing online) become more and more intrusive and
bandwidth-hogging all the time.

I'd love it if we finally moved from Yahoogroups completely (as IMO we
should've done back when Yahoo took over the forums, was that '99?
'00?) - I haven't seen the custom logic-users.org forums but even with
something like PHPBB we'd end up with a better online forum by far, and
if there's a way to mirror the online forum for email delivery the
switch would be complete and so much better than Yahoo can offer,
without all the garbage they throw in.

Just my .02,

Brian
