The Logic Off Topic list

Dear members,

I'm new to this group and also Logic Platinum.

I'm using Logic 5.5 on Windows. 

I composed couple of songs but don't know how to convert those MIDI
tracks in to Audio (WAV of Mp3). And I'm unable to insert VSTi
instruments and Inserts, I guess as I'm a beginner unable to find
those options. When I opened Mixer it doesn't shows Bounce options and
inserts.

Also I'm confused about Environment Window.

I will be thankful to you all  if you could help me how to insert
instruments, VSTi, plugins.
