PS/2 keyboards are basically an AT keyboard with a smaller connector.  
IIRC, AT keyboards use a three wire protocol.  Anything you find 
relating to AT keyboards will work with PS/2 keyboards.  I am confident 
that you just haven't looked all that much for information, it is out 
there on the net.  ;-)
