That wasn't the issue.  The issue was that the PRLLC code did not handle
subdirectories very well at all, it was tacked on as an afterthought.  I
reported some problems, didn't get a response, so moved on.  Eventually
a response came back...

Like I said, that wasn't the underlying reason I wrote my own.
