I didn't think that much on the ownership of the property.
We will discuss internally on that and let you know. 

I ported this from original Keil's HID sample, I didn't
know if there is any restriction modifying that. The 
original virtual COM part was for D11 chip developed 
internally by Philips, I changed entirely by myself to
support LPC214x. So, there is no restriction on that 
part.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
