Pankaj: I don't think that you will find anyone who would design something for you free of charge, since there is a lot of work involved. If you want something now then I would suggest going for one of the ready- made development boards that come with all the hardware and software required to get started. You can see a (partial) list of available kits on a page on my website: http://www.wackyland.net/ARM7Kits.html But before you even go there perhaps we should discuss your project requirements first before we start figuring out what you want to buy/build. What is this for, and what is needed? 4MB of non-voltaile ram seems like a lot, is this actually required as RAM or just for storage?
