Not really...  I built it using Borland's Turbo C (for which it is 
already configured) under DOS.  I moved the executable to a floppy and 
it works pretty well - on the floppy.  It doesn't work, for me anyway, 
on the hard drive.

I haven't pursued the matter because there are other, more current, 
sources.
