Glad that I could help out.

I am very pleased that the EFSL folks are changing their license. ECOS is 
a wonderful example of how an embedded friendly open-source license can 
protect the contributions while also allowing closed source use.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
