I must have been sleeping. 4 bits interface means 2 * 8 and 160/2 == 80
My mistake, but 40 MHz is still out of spec.

This was an Extreme II card.
I did not check max. read and write speeds. I was just asked to check if 
we are able to go higher than the max. 25 MHz.
This is not for memory cards but for SDIO as far as I know (they did not 
tell me what kind of SDIO)
