I'm assuming this is an extreme > III SD card you're referring to? This was an Extreme II card. I did not check max. read and write speeds. I was just asked to check if we are able to go higher than the max. 25 MHz. This is not for memory cards but for SDIO as far as I know (they did not tell me what kind of SDIO) Rob
