I reverse engineered the source code for V1.48 boot loader starting
with memory dump of contents of boot sector code in a LPC2105.

I documented of Philips startup code, its implementation of the first
three IAP calls and the resulting procedure tree.

I stopped when I had all I need to write my own boot loader that
replaces the monster provided by philips.

I can be bribed :)  Seriously, if there is enough interest, I am happy
to post my findings and solutions up as a tutorial on the web.
