If it's my JTAG adapter (in jtag.zip) you can use the OCDCommander utility
from Macraigor. The adapter is compatible with the Macraigor Wiggler. It
also works with RAL's CrossWorks, like the Wiggler.

The files are in: LPC-M416 V1.0 CAM.zip
