With the BDI2000, I have to name the device on the JTAG chain so that 
the pod knows how long the JTAG chain is.  I have individual 
descriptions for both the LPC2106 + LPC2138 in the JTAG chain.  If I 
tried to use the LPC2106 description for the LPC2138, it won't work.

Did you update your config file to name the new processor you are 
attempting to have the JTAG unit connect to?
