Thinking about this again,
I presume that the bit # in VicRawIntr corresponds to the VIC Slot # ?
That would mean that ARM Core, Embedded ICE - DbgCommTX
and PLL Locl, RTCCIF are always asserted when I have the break point in
the Default IRQ handler ?
