Hi,
   I tested H-JTAG using wiggler clone and Olimex LPC2106 board.
H-JTAG detected the chip ( ARM7TDMI-S TAP ID CODE 0x4F1F0F0F).
I am unable to debug using ARM STD debugger and keil debugger.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
