I had/have problems with current consumption in design that uses
LPC2114. 3V3 current consumption is steadily about 1mA and I have
tried to find the cause for that. 

Today I was connecting the last Vcc pin when I had off-by-one - error
and instead Vcc pin I disconnected Vss5(pin 50). When I noticed my
error I tried to reconnect Vss5, but it fall off so I couldn't
reconnect it. Despite of that I switched power on for the system and
now current consumption was only about 100uA! Device was working in
some level because uart worked ok. I haven't tested everything because
obviously something is not working. 

I would just wanna know what peripherals etc. uses Vss5 so I could
start looking for cause my 'huge' current consumption.
