Re: Erased bootloader

2006-01-09 by jayasooriah

Unity0724, please stop being rude and unhelpful.

Philips knows it has problems with its boot loader has thus chosen to
mitigate damages by not discussing it further.

All the evidence anyone needs to show that boot loader crashes, has
hidden commands and hidden arguments to known commands is out there in
the open if only you care to look at source.

[BTW I checked with Philips before disassembly. It did not object.
It simply said it will not guarantee the part if the its boot loader
was not used, which is a very reasonable response.]

It is quite clear now (given the silence) that those from Philips who
were assuring about CRP security us through the "CRP update" messages
in this forum have no idea of what is in the boot loader.

As to "shooting down", just compare your language with my very simple
request to quba54, to help him, myself, and anyone else who is having
similar problems.

Please forgive me if I choose to ignore further posts from you. If you
have a question, ask with dignitiy willingness to listen and I shall
be only too happy to respond appropriately.

Have a good day.

Jaya
