It needs one hardware timer, and has a code footprint of about 40K on an ARM. Porting an ARM version to the LPC2000 would hence require only the porting of timer code and uart code. There is a synthetic linux target for ECOS which enables one to build and debug ECOS code on a standard linux PC.
