Some LDOs, such as the Micrel MIC5206, has a flag output that goes low if
its output voltage isn't OK.  This can be tied to /RESET in addition to the
RC pair, to give a clean reset in case of brownout.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
