Makefile for the LPC2106 ARM

Hello,

I'm new. I'm looking for a makefile for an Philips LPC2106 
microcontroller with a arm-elf-gcc compiler. 
Is there an simple program example (e.g. turn LED on and off) with a 
makefile for a arm-elf-gcc enviroment? What is needed for a complete 
project.
