So MS Windows is also open source because you can get a shared source 
license from microsoft?
I don't think so. I don't know what the best definition for "open" is, 
but yours is definitely flawed.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
