Sorry!! I did confuse the LQFP package with the QFN package. I've seen the LPC2106 in a QFN-48 but mo information about availability of the 64-pin device in QFN-64 Bob btw. I did not even know that a QFN package is on the roadmap. Were did you get the information about such a package for the LPC2xxx?
