I don't think it's been tracking the variations as closely but I haven't looked in a bit so I could be wrong. I would be curious as to what you found to be the problem areas. I've just done a revision adding multiple file inputs and am about to (probably slowly) merge it in with the changes others have made to the program and maybe convince Martin it's time to release another non-test version.
