WinARM problem

I've just been trying WinARM out of curiosity, and can't get either
OCD Commander or Rowley CrossWorks to load the ELF or hex files via a
Wiggler (the genuine article), without throwing up errors. A hex file
created by CrossWorks loads OK with OCD Commander. Has anyone got any
ideas?
