I have a very strange problem using IAR EWARM 4.30 on the LPC2148.  The 
download either hangs during the dialog box showing the download 
progress, or sometimes gives an error 'unexpected EOF in download file'.

The strange thing is that this failure is code dependent. It comes and 
goes depending on the placement and sequence of code.  I can easily 
generate this problem by putting several calls to the same function in 
a row. Re-compiling with some of the calls commented out will eliminate 
the problem, but it is not specific to any peice of code.  I have even 
had this problem with printf.  I have rebuilt the project from scratch 
several times, tried two different J-Link adapters and several 
different platforms. I sent the question off to IAR but haven't heard 
back.  Anybody have any ideas??
