Being new, I am not picking on anybody particular.  I just would like
to see a little self-discipline on the forum in the future as we all
are in this to solve problems and build projects.  A lot of the
criticism comments were valid.  That's not the issue.  Let's all just
use a little common sense so that we don't fill up the forum with
non-technical issues and lose interest in posting substance. 
Criticism is great, if it is done properly.  It's a little dishearting
to come into a forum as a new member and see mud flying.
