So your baud dropped by a factor of 12. Is there a factor 12 somewhere in your PLL configuration? Like dropping from 3 x Fcrystal with VPB divider set to 1 to 1 x Fcrystal to VPB divider of 1/4th? If erasing the part helps, then I can imagine that there is still some code in flash that sets the baud to 9600 and you accidentally jumped into it. Regards, Bertrik
