Lpc2000

I have purchased LPCE2214 testing board from OLIMEX.
Iam able to power up this board and check the test routien given by 
OLIMEX. I have couple of questions on this..

How would I know what RTOS is built in by default in this board.?
I would like to port new OS in to this.. if this is the case how can i 
copy the old one for future purposes.
If any body has any guidelines or steps in porting a freely availabale 
RTOS, pLease guide me through.
