A Code ERROR in the UM10161 Users Man Chapter 8 GPIO.
Page 75 Table 80 under "Mask Lower Half-Word Register"
The FIO0MASKL 16 (Half-Word) Register has a code Error!
The Error is   Hex code 0x3FFF C001
This Should be Hex Code 0X3FFF C010 

There have been a fews Errors in the users man Ver 1.0
Heres another.
