I don't have any inbound holes in my firewall.  None!  All incoming
packets must be related to an existing connection, etc.  I don't even
respond to ping - not even a reset.  Just drop...

Those who wish to open up for bittorrent are certainly free to do so.
 I'm not one of them.  In fact, I don't even use bittorrent client. 
I'm a little selective about where I'll download from.

Paranoia comes to mind...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
