Hello,

Arising out of discussions with those conversant with PL192 design, I have 
added a new solution to the problem of spurious interrupts generated on LPC 
(which incorporates PL190) when an interrupt occurs as is being disabled by 
writing to VICINTCLEAR register.

The solution I have recommended is explained in:

I have amended my conclusions to reflect this new solution.  Robert (of 
Philips) please pass on the amendment to your people if they wish to rebut
