Lpc2000

Has anyone successfully used the Nohau EMUL-PC/USB-JTAG?  

After Emulator Configuration, I select "Yes" in the Start Emulator 
dialog box.  Hardware Initialization starts, the blue LED flashes on 
the pod (actual EMUL-PC/USB-JTAG device), then I get an Unrecoverable 
Error message stating "Debug state could not be entered."  All JTAG 
connections are correct.  The TDI, TMS and TCK signals are very noisy 
(about 1 volt amplitude) and when I toggle them, the signal goes from 
clean to noisy, i.e., I'm expecting a 3.3V signal but I'm getting what 
amounts to a clean/noisy signal.

My setup:  PHYTEC LPC2294 board mounted to a PHYTEC HD200 Development 
board; laptop to EMUL-PC/USB-JTAG via USB then on to LPC2294 board via 
JTAG;
