Hi Samuel, Both IAP and ISP calls use the same routines to program the flash. Thus if you can use ISP to program sector 0, you should be able to do the same using IAP calls. It should not matter where you are calling from so long as you avoid using the bottom and top end sections of RAM that are used by the boot loader. When you say sector 0 cannot be programmed, all of sector 0? Or is it just 16 bytes starting at 0x00000000?
