Hi, You might be right but the philips chip has sufficient code read protect mechanism build in. This is some old topic.. There had been some heated discussions on this issue and so far the flash read protection had been proven cannot be bypassed and JTAG port can been locked up properly. Umm.. Not advisable to re-start another round of endless debating..
