I'm currently looking at CMX-RTX and it is a good choice (if you have budget for RTOS). It is fast, has small foot print, supports Thumb. Only problem I have is making JTAG debugers I have to be Kernel aware. I have Nohau and iSystem and I'm not satisfied with either one. ARTX on the other side is "naturally" integrated with uVision IDE, but not widely used.
