In order to "fix" their website, Philips simply must get engineers more involved with it's design. It's true that many engineers (like myself) have absolutely no artistic skills, but when you design a website that must be used by engineers, the practical layout of information is far more important than the artistic aspects. If the Philips engineers were forced to get all their information from their own website, I think it would get fixed quickly! Eric
