The 400mSec for the LPC is due to a voltage convertor starting up inside the chip, as I recall. It is not a function of flash memory speed. Perhaps the SAM part keeps a voltage convertor running all the time inside. I do not know. But I use IAP in my designs with the LPC. Works great. Chris.
